1. We'll reach out to you to let you know we've received your claim and are working on it.
2. We'll get in touch with your lawyer and send them the claims adjudication documents
3. Your lawyer will receive the claims payment and distribute the funds as required.
4. We'll contact your real estate agent to make plans to relist and resell the property.
5. We'll pay the ongoing costs of maintaining the property and damage recovery.
6. If the home resells for lower, we insure the loss. If the home resells for higher, you keep the profit.
